Hammers get double fitness boost

West Ham will have more options than predicted for the match against  Genk at the London Stadium on Thursday evening.

Both Ryan Fredericks and Mark Noble are back in training and look at least to be involved in the squad for  the game against the Belgians.

However, Alex Kral – having tested positive for covid 19 will be unavailable for the match which kicks off at 8.00 pm.

Boss David Moyes will be relieved to have the two senior players available although it would be tough on young Ben Johnson were he to be omitted from the team.

A source confirmed this morning that both players are now in full training  and  set to be available for selection for a game which could take the club;s earnings to to over £2 million should they pick up another £670k for a win.

Possible team: Areola, Johnson, Diop, Dawson, Cresswell; Noble, Rice, Yarmolenko,  Lanzini, Benrahma, Bowen.
