surely we don’t have enough room with FFP to up our weage bill by 40m a year?

  • The seven signings will cost £26m per year but we are saving £14m from last season so net increase of around £12m per year http://www.claretandhugh.info/west-ham-to-save-16m-in-wages/

We spend around £105m last season so expecting to have a bill of around £120m this season. FFP is covered as per my article yesterday http://www.claretandhugh.info/what-happened-to-financial-fair-play/

We also might lose Antonio, Snodgrass, Carroll which would amount to 85k + 70k + is it £65k a week Snodgrass is on and whatever Huggill earns per week ? If we can get £25m for Antonio might offset the losses that the others will generate.

I hate to say it, but I still think the club is light on numbers. We’ll be starting the season with 3 senior players injured for a number of months, we have a number of PL2 players, that should have made the grade by now and haven’t and I suspect we’ll see 3 or 4 senior players leave.

we 100% need a striker, and possibly ANOTHER attacking midfield player assuming Snodgrass and Highill go
