West Ham are hopeful that last night’s two goal hero  Michail Antonio will be available for the game against Aston Villa at the London Stadium on Sunday.

Mikey scored two dramatic goals – a fine header although entirely unmarked – and a right foot blinder into the top corner.

With a tiny bit of luck he would have completed the perfect hat trick with a left foot effort which hit the inside of an uptight and rebounded to safety.

But he was also seen limping and came off for Scamacca who still looked way off the pace and gave what can probably be best described as an ambling performance.

Mikey made light of his injury after the match explaining that his calf cause him some discomfort and a Hammers source revealed this morning to CandH that “it is a little early to say but that it doesn’t look like much so we are hopeful”

Let’s hope that Antonio is available for Sunday and that his two goals are the trigger for a purple patch of goal-scoring.
The key for this team I feel is to score both first and early in games.
    Here’s hoping… COYI
