Hammers slammed as “shambolic”

|

jredknappSky pundit Jamie Redknapp savaged the West Ham performance against Southampton saying: “That was utterly shambolic and it could and perhaps should have been six.”

And he added “It’s all well and good talking about confidence and the new stadium but the fact is the players aren’t doing their jobs.

“I knew this would be a difficult game for them but that was dreadful – shambolic. West Ham were absolutely all over the place. It was totally awful.”

His fellow pundit Thierry Henry was equally outspoken sayng: “It was awful and you can’t blame a stadium for players making those sort of mistakes. It was difficult when Arsenal went to the Emirates but this was awful.

“It is not the West Ham United I know.”

I totally agree. I like Bilic but unfortunately he looks a beaten man which is reflected the way we are playing. Why he keeps playing Zaza who contributes nothing says it all.
I’m sorry but it all points to the manager and I feel nothing will change until he goes. I hope I’m wrong.

I have watched West Ham since 1974 and thought that nothing could leave me baffled as far as the Hammers go,but I must admit I am hard pressed to remember a West Ham team that has disintegrated so quickly from one season to the next.Because we thought a long run in the Europa league was on the cards I believe far too many players were brought in during the Summer to bolster the squad when all that was really needed was another Right back, possibly a centre half As Slaven is still not willing to give Oxford a regular berth.Left back for Cressie cover and the seemingly impossible a world class striker. We are now a complete shambles with a team that looks like it will continue to ship goals at an alarming rate and morale which must be at rock bottom and a starting 11 that changes every week.Oh the joy of being a west Ham fan COYI.

Maybe he is p#ssed off with the chairmen not going big game fishing as he called it & only bringing in mediocre players. They spent 50million on what?? That should have been spent on 3 players, not 13!
