Moyes target set for move – report

|

Ben Brereton Diaz appears to be closing in on a move to Italy.

The Blackburn Rovers striker has been a target for David Moyes for some time ahead of the summer transfer window.

We have reported that Moyes is a big fan of the Chile international, while Spurs have also taken a close look at securing his signature.

But it now appears that he is set to make a switch to Serie A instead.

Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio reports that Salernitana are in advanced talks to secure his signature as they aim to recruit a new centre-forward this summer.

Lyon and Eintracht Frankfurt are also said to be interested in buying Brereton Diaz and it appears that trio have now taken the lead ahead of the Hammers and Spurs in the chase for the striker.

Hammers boss Moyes is instead set to target Chelsea’s Armando Broja over the coming weeks.

I actually think we need 2 strikers not one.
I hope we have a few in the works.
If this guy goes cheap (like Dejuma) and bangs them in, in Italy, we will probably pay double, just like Dejuma now.
We need to get in before these lesser clubs
