Former West Ham manager Slaven Bilic has been linked with a Premier League return to possibly manage Swansea City. The Croatian has been installed by bookmaker Betway as the second favourite at 4/1 to take over in Wales after Paul Clement was sacked. Frank De Boer is the favourite at 2/1.
Last week in his first interview since his Hammers sacking Bilic said he has received interest from several clubs including West Brom within a fortnight of being fired but felt it was too early to return. However, after seven weeks off he seems to have regained his appetite to manage again.
‘I know where I stand in the map of world managers,’ he says. ‘I can afford a break but can’t switch off my phone for a year like Guardiola or Mourinho’ he told the Daily Mail.
If I was a Swansea fan, I’d go for de Boer; more dynamic than Slaven.

I’ve said it many times before, as a man I really like Slaven Bilic, he seems like a really genuine fellah BUT as a Premier League Manager he is a busted flush. I can’t imagine any Premier League club touching him with a bargepole!
Sad to say but true I’m afraid – IMHO
Agree especially in relegation battle.
But it would be interesting to see Slav back in PL to say the least.
But ever since the American owners came in Swansea lost their Identity & style. They use to finish safely & play good passing football.
And they held off 2 months on selling Gylfi for £5m that they didn’t get. And then bought all CMs it looks really bad for them.
But imagine Pulis is best bet but they should gone for Coleman bc they are going to need to score to stay up.
