After a couple of weeks absence CandH’s rating experts is back – Niall McDonald hands out his marks on a very bad day at the office
Hart: Didn’t think I’d see Hart play again and on this basis I hope I don’t 3
Zabaleta: Got forward well before the break 5
Collins: Pretty standard Collins fare. Plenty of clipped balls over the top 5
Ogbonna: Outpaced for their first, crucial goal 5
Cresswell: Best of an indifferent lot at the back for me 5
Noble: This must be killing him 6
Kouyate: Flung himself into some crazily over enthusiastic challenges and fortunate not to be injured 4
Lanzini: One of the few bright sparks. Played between the lines when he could, came closest to scoring 6
Mario: A bit too languid for our current plight, in my view 4
Antonio: A few bursts down the left in the first half and no real defensive lapses 5
Arnautovic: Showed his presence up-front. Some neat touches, only one clear sight of goal 6

Subs
Hernandez: Arrived in the midst of the unrest. Can’t really comment on his performance

Guess you must have given Noble 6 for fighting cos it sure wasn’t for football . Gave the ball away time after time and another over the top tackle he should have been sent of for . Mario is lightweight and contributed nothing so once again no midfield . It is a debacle .

Could have been so different if Arnoutovic had been partnered with Hernandez as against Watford instead of ploughing a lone furrow up front. It took Burnley as the away side to send on a 2nd striker and change the game. Not sure what Moyes is trying to achieve lately.Since he dropped Hernandez the wheels have truly come off.
